Artwork License

As long as you hold a Letheans NFT (the “Token”), the Project grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, display, and create derivative works of the artwork associated with that Token (the “Artwork”), including for commercial purposes. There is no revenue cap on your licensed use.

You may not imply endorsement by or affiliation with Letheans; use the Artwork for hateful, defamatory, deceptive, or illegal content; claim ownership of its copyright; use artwork associated with Tokens you do not hold; or register trademarks incorporating the Artwork or the Letheans brand.

The Project retains copyright in the Artwork, all rights to the Letheans name, logo, and trademarks, and the right to use the Artwork for promotion and future collections. The license follows ownership of the Token. Your licensed rights end when you no longer hold it.
